An approved document must identify and verify all facts applicable to this policy, including:
- The real contracting entity, registered address, and authorized contact.
- Governing law, venue, dispute process, and consumer-law exceptions.
- Approved product license, device, workspace, team-seat, and account rules.
- Privacy roles, data categories, purposes, retention, subprocessors, transfers, and request procedures.
- Refund eligibility, regional withdrawal rights, tax treatment, and fulfillment evidence.
- The effective date, version owner, approval record, and change-notice process.
Phase 1 boundary
Crownware has not enabled accounts, payments, downloads, activations, support delivery, marketing tracking, or production provider processing in this repository phase.
